Hi Everybody!
For the spaces in your home where you don’t have room for a full size bunny, here is a short version. It is just a Bunny Bust. It is just the face and neck with a big bow tie. All bunnies were made with repurposed fence boards. This wood is thicker than privacy fence board however, not quite thick enough to stand alone.
Mom made little wooden feet (paw) so that the bunny would stand alone. Mom does all the cutting of the wood. She made a pattern similar to the porch leaners we made.
Between his paws and his bow there was room to add some decorated eggs. I am an Independent Chalk Couture Designer so I used two Easter transfers to put the wording on with white chalk paste. I did paint these and then wax them so the transfers would not bleed.
