Woodsy Owl on a Repurposed Frame with Faith Ornament
Use a FRAME as the main attraction for several small but coordinating Christmas ornaments. I chose woodsy colors but you could also use traditional colors such as red, green, silver, etc.

I began with a frame my Mom had purchased from Walmart months ago. It was already brown, so I just added antique gold RUB N BUFF to bring out all the ornate details. I had already picked out all my embellishments. I knew for sure that I wanted the owl, picks and beige flower.

What I had to decide on next was what to put inside and on top of the glass. I had several scrapbook papers that worked but I also wanted to add one more dimension. The gold FAITH ornament fit the frame perfectly.

I chose a textured/wrinkled scrapbook page in a bronze color. Then the gold of the FAITH ornament stood out against the bronze and looked great with the owl too.

I really love this winning combination. If I don’t sell it at our craft booth…that’s okay because it matches perfectly with my home decor.

Have a GREAT holiday season! Thank you for stopping by my blog!! I really appreciate it!
