Santa in a Silver Bowl

Hi Everyone!

Take a large glass or plastic SANTA Christmas Tree Ornament and turn it into a remarkable piece of decor. I made other wall hangings with silver trays, but knew this Santa needed something different. He would not have fit well on a flat surface. The silver BOWL is perfect. The Santa fit perfectly inside with room for a festive bow and red glitter pine cones.

I painted the decorative edge of the bowl with red enamel craft paint. I wanted it to stand out and be seen since it is so pretty.

I hot glued and used E6000 to glue the Santa in the bowl. I made an easy crossover bow with red ribbons that matched the red of the paint and the red on the Santa. Then the glitter pinecones also matched perfectly so I had to add them too.

It all came together perfectly!

Don’t dismiss those silver trays you see when you are at garage sales, thrift stores and flea markets. There are numerous ways to repurpose them. Think HOLIDAYS!
