Shades of Purple Wooden Angel
Hi Everyone! Mom is into Crosses and Angels. Today I thought I would share her Purple Angel with a purple butterfly button. I love the lace details and the wire halo. I call it Shades of Purple Wooden Decoupaged Angel because some purples have more pink in them and some have more blue in them.
Steps to Make Shades of Purple Wooden Decoupaged Angel
First she cut the angel’s body and head out of wood. The wings were a separate piece of wood. Paint the wings, body and head. We like the sides and backs to be complete. Then, she decoupaged lace on the wings. Next, she decoupaged fabric on the body portion. Attach the wings, lace, button and halo. If you are a purple lover and lace lover and angel lover, this project is for YOU!
The Spring Blocks were made in this blog post if you want to make some of these. Click here to read all about them. They are EASY and so colorful. The Spring Blocks look fantastic with Shades of Purple Wooden Angel.
