Joy and Noel Shelf Sitters

Red and Green, the traditional Christmas colors, make these shelf sitters fit any decor.

I bought the Letter Ornaments at Walmart. They are made to look like stained wood. I was going to paint them but Mom liked them the color they are. So we left them.

We decided to do the word JOY in Christmas red and the word NOEL in Christmas green.

We put Christmas Ribbon on top of each letter.

This picture is after Mom added Tacks to cover the ornament holes.

This picture is of Noel after Mom added the tacks to hide the ornament holes.
Which do you like best? JOY or NOEL?

These were super simple to make. Be creative and use what you have. That’s the way to save money and decorate on a budget.
