Patio Before and Afters (Part Two-The End)

This Patio Makeover has been more difficult than I expected. Outside forces have made it hard to bring together. Keep reading and you will see what I mean.

Below is a collage of Before and After.

Here is a video of my Patio BEFORE. It is so sad. Please don’t judge me. I spent all winter and spring taking my Mom to Radiation and Chemotherapy and just didn’t have the energy or initiative to take care of it.

Here are some pictures of the BEFORE.

Below you will see a collage picture of me painting my shelves and yard art and washing the swing. There was a lot of work behind the scenes. My Mom and I went ahead and pressure washed the cement and side of the house too while we were at it. We fought ants and wasps the whole time in the heat of the summer. We also went through several hurricanes. They came close to our vicinity but did not hit us hard. But I still had to baby my cushions and put away my birdhouses so things would not blow away. Here comes another hurricane as I write this. It’s name is Delta and I just pray the Lord keeps everyone in its path safe. All these “things” are just material things. They can all be replaced. If we survive with our lives it is a blessing.

I hope you enjoyed reading about my Patio Makeover. There is a Part One and a Part Two. Plus there are some blog posts about how I repurposed several knick knacks. It is still a work in progress. I have had to pick everything back up and put inside due to Hurricane Delta. I pray that Delta does not do too much damage. I can hear the wind and rain as I type this.

Please follow me on this blog and on all my social media. I would really appreciate it. All small businesses really appreciate all the engagement from our readers. It helps us be seen more on all the platforms.

Take care….God Bless…..

Kathy
